Damien Chiodo began his career in the financial industry in 1993 at EDS Financial, where he was quickly named National Sales Director. In 1995, he was appointed Vice President of Nations Direct where he spent the next eight years developing ground breaking settlement procedures and processes that increased volume exponentially. In 2001, Damien founded KeyLink, a diverse and innovative real estate servicing and finance firm. In 2009, he joined forces with Ty Reed, co-founding KeyLink Asset Management, and began providing REO and other default management services to banks, servicers and lending institutions. Under Damien’s direction, KeyLink deployed the industry’s most innovative and effective asset disposition and surveillance model. Responsible for the strategic direction of the firm, Damien led the effort to take KeyLink global by building the first worldwide network of distressed real estate related vendors now used by KeyLink Global Real Estate Servicing and LRC Asset Management, the domestic REO management firm. His extensive career in financial services encompasses settlement, mortgage, real estate and default servicing. He continues to pioneer new and innovative ways of managing real estate assets for some of the largest financial institutions in the world.  Damien currently resides in his hometown of San Diego, CA and is a father of 3.
Ty Reed

Ty Reed started his default servicing career in 2002 at GMAC while working as a Team Lead in the Loss Mitigation Department, where he focused on Short Sale and REO disposition. While there, he managed the sale of residential REO properties with total loan balances of approximately $50 million, and began to build his vast network of distribution channels which include buyers, investors, contractors, closing agents and real estate agents. In 2007, Ty took a position at National Default Servicing as VP of Client Management. There he oversaw the REO operations for industry giants Wilshire Credit, GMAC, and Fannie Mae. Ty was promoted to REO Director in 2008 and routinely managed over 10,000 REO assets, annually. In 2009, Ty co-founded Key Link Asset Management with Damien Chiodo. Together they continue to pioneer new and innovative ways of managing REO property. Ty Graduated with honors from California State University, Chico earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Business, Marketing. He calls San Diego home, along with his wife and two sons.
Jason Dow

Jason Dow has 17 plus years of Mortgage and Default industry experience. He started his career in the default industry with GMAC-RFC in 2000. He was responsible for the conceptualization, implementation, and growth of The Servicing Capital Group for GMAC-RFC. In this role, he was responsible for managing risk and disposition for the banks multibillion dollar non-performing mortgage portfolio. In 2005, Mr. Dow became the Director of Portfolio Management for National Asset Direct (NAD). He oversaw the acquisition, trading, analytics, portfolio management, and liquidation of non-performing, REO, and tax lien portfolios as well as playing an integral role in the creation of iServe Real Estate. Upon its creation, Jason assumed the role of Director of Real Estate Operations for iServe. In 2009, Jason joined New Vista Asset Management as the Vice President of REO Operations. Mr. Dow was tasked with the operational oversight of the REO platform, creating and monitoring analytics, and driving performance. He became the Vice President of REO Operations for LRC Asset Management in 2013. In this role, Mr. Dow was directly responsible for all facets of the REO operation. In 2016, Jason Dow partnered with Damien Chiodo and Ty Reed at KeyLink Family of Companies as the Chief Operating Officer. Jason is proud to call San Diego home, where he resides with his wife and two children.
