The Real Estate Servicing Technician provides support to the Vice President of Default Operations with the management and coordination of projects by receiving and distributing communications; serving customers/clients, and working within our project management systems. The job requires office skills and a basic understanding of Microsoft Office products and Internet Explorer. This position is considered long term and we only ask for applicants that desire career stability.
Assist in the maintenance and coordination of property services on distressed real estate assets all over the globe. This includes support to all the KeyLink Family of Companies.
Reviewing Monthly Payables and Receivables as related to projects.
Receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information and communicating via phone with vendors around the country.
Coordinating Meetings and Events
Research and Due Diligence
Web portal and project management platform maintenance
Compliance and Administrative Support for all KL Family of Companies as needed
This is an entry level position and no experience is required. However, the following competencies are required:
